A Small Change to Our Collection & Delivery Service 🚗
We just wanted to give our customers an update regarding our free collection & delivery service.
We appreciate every single customer who chooses Saltmarsh Automotive, and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support. ❤️
However, we’ve had more and more customers reaching out who live quite a distance from the workshop. As much as we’d love to continue offering collection & delivery completely free of charge to everyone, longer-distance collections take two members of our team out of the workshop for several hours, as well as the fuel costs involved in getting there and back.
Therefore going forward:
📍 Within 15 miles of our workshop
FREE collection & delivery
📍 Over 15 miles
A charge of £1.25 + VAT per mile over the 15-mile radius will apply as a one-off fee.
For example:
If you are 10 miles outside our 15-mile radius, the collection fee would be:
10 miles × £1.25 = £12.50 + VAT
This is a one-off charge, which covers the collection — your vehicle will still be delivered back to you free of charge. 👍
Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to drop your vehicle into the workshop yourself, or if you prefer, wait with us while your vehicle is being repaired.
