🚙🚙 Refreshing to see an ADI for a full day of 1-2-1 training yesterday. No SC to prepare for, he just wanted to know what he was doing well and where he can develop.

Had a great day, observing his fantastic communication skills with a pupil and then developing techniques to raise awareness and some work on transferring already developed understanding into new areas of learning and development.

😁 Well done Adrian…great to see someone with such a passion for the industry.

I’ve 1 date available for 1-2-1 days in August and two in September…Don’t leave it until it’s too late to develop.
