Due to pending retirement and continued growth we are now on the lookout for 2 X VEHICLE TECHNICIANS for these full time rolls. Both positions offer continued technical growth and upskill training plans.
Position 1:
We a looking for a Fully Qualified, Experienced Technician who has a Level 3+ and a minimum of 5 years experience within a workshop environment. £47776/year OTE
You’ll Be Doing Stuff Like:
Servicing & MOT prep
Brakes, clutches, timing belts/chains, exhausts
Suspension, steering & electrics
Fault finding/Diagnostics (Snap-On, Autel, Thinktool etc.)
If you're diagnostic skills are in need up a little polish, ongoing upskill training will be provided
Maintaining the cleanliness of your work area
Position 2:
A Service Technician. Someone who is right at home working on the more routine jobs that we get in. For this role, a level 3 and workshop experience would be advantageous - £££ to be discussed based on experience and skill set.
You’ll Be Doing Stuff Like:

Brakes, exhausts
Suspension and steering
Maintaining the cleanliness of your work area

Location: Market Rasen LN8 3
Hours: Mon–Thur 8AM-5PM Fri 8AM-3PM (No weekends!)
What You Need:
UK driving licence - Clean
Solid all-round knowledge & attention to detail
A good work ethic (and a better sense of humour)
You are honest, even when it hurts!
MOT license advantageous for both positions
Be punctual, tidy in your appearance and work to a plan.
Be able to work independently and/or make decisions and part of a team
