🎉 4 YEARS SELF-EMPLOYED! 🎉

Today marks 4 years since I took the biggest leap of my life and decided to go self-employed.

I started out with nothing more than a van, a set of tools and a vision. I began as a mobile vehicle technician, travelling around to customers and taking on whatever work came my way.

Fast forward 4 years, and I honestly can’t believe how far things have come. What started with just me has grown into MRE Automotive Ltd, a workshop, a team of staff and a business that I’m genuinely proud to call my own.

It definitely hasn’t been an easy journey. There have been plenty of stressful days, long hours, sleepless nights, mistakes, setbacks and moments where I’ve questioned whether I was doing the right thing. But there have also been some incredible highs and so many moments that have made all the hard work worthwhile.

Looking back at where I was 4 years ago compared to where I am today makes me incredibly proud. Not just of the business, but of myself for taking that risk and sticking with it.

I’ve learnt so much along the way — about business, people, vehicles, leadership and probably most importantly, about myself.

A massive thank you to every single person who has supported me along the way. Whether you’ve been a customer, friend, family member, recommended us, shared a post or simply believed in me — it genuinely means more than you know.

And to the team at MRE — thank you for helping turn the vision into a reality. 🙌

Today, I’ve got a workshop, a team and a business that I’m incredibly proud of.

HEATWAVE UPDATE 🥵

The workshop during this heat can hit temperatures of 40°C+, which means our team is working under pretty extreme conditions. Because of this, we may not be operating at our usual speed.

Our staff's health and safety is our absolute priority, so we are building in extra breaks to keep everyone safe and hydrated.
