UPDATE: we found out what problem was the server cut us off . No email was sent to say were doing it. It all got a bit confusing. Spent 3 hours on the mobile phone trying to sort it. Spent another two hours on the mobile with them today . Now fingers crossed sorted. You can still ring on Bentens number and it will divert you to a mobile number. Hopefully it wii be fully resorted next week. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
