When box meets truck 👌🏼

After the recent subframe install, we've now lifted and mounted the 6.5 metre alcove habitation unit onto the chassis cab.

Seeing the body finally in place is always a major turning point in a build, transforming the vehicle from a bare truck into the foundations of a capable expedition vehicle.

There's still plenty to do, but it's great to see this project taking shape and one step closer to hitting the road.

Same Unimog... different league!

This Unimog 1300L rolled into the workshop with a habitation unit that had seen better days. Full of damp, tired and beyond repair.

We stripped it back and built something worthy of the truck underneath
