Why does paint flake off a car❓⬇️

In this case I suspect Poor prep, either not leyed up properly or basecoat left too long OR not long enough before lacquer, there can be dozens of other reasons, there is a minefield of problems that can happen & we get punished for any human error + lapses in concentration more than you would on a laptop working.
