Another great week of bringing our teams together!

Last week, we celebrated our Parts teams at the Heads of Parts Meeting, and this week it’s all about our Service Managers.

Our Service Managers play a vital role in keeping our customers moving, supporting our technicians and teams, and driving excellence across our businesses. It’s fantastic to see so many of them together, sharing ideas, experiences and best practice.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making these events happen and to our Service Managers and wider service teams for everything they do every day.

Together, we’re stronger, better connected, and focused on delivering great service for our customers.

We’re keeping the celebrations going!

Today is all about celebrating some great achievements — and we’ve got another one to shout about! 👏

A huge well done to John Jesson and James Rehling for their efforts in the Greenfleet Mythbusters EV Rally, representing Motus Commercials in our electric DAF. ⚡🚛

Together, they took on more than 1000 electric miles, putting their knowledge, teamwork and planning to the test while helping to challenge some of the myths around electric commercial vehicles.

It’s been a fantastic opportunity to learn, share experiences and see what’s possible with electric trucks, and both John and James did a brilliant job representing Motus along the way.

Well done, John and James! you did us proud! 👏⚡

Today is all about celebrating some great achievements!

And what better way to start than with a fantastic achievement from one of our apprentices! 👏

A huge congratulations to Monty Gambrell, our first-year apprentice at Motus Commercials Burton, who has taken 1st place in the 2026 Heavy Vehicle Technology Competition.

Monty competed against talented technicians from across the heavy vehicle industry, making this an incredible achievement, especially as a first-year apprentice.

We're incredibly proud of Monty and the hard work, determination and technical skill he's shown to reach the top spot.

Well done, Monty! 🏆👏

And this is just the beginning of what we hope will be a fantastic career ahead.

Great to be at the Hawkins Logistics Limited Open Day today with Motus Commercials Derby and Chris Cooke! 🚛⚡

It’s fantastic to see suppliers, customers and families coming together for a day of all things transport.

We’re proud to be here alongside the Hawkins team, giving visitors the opportunity to get behind the wheel of our DAF Electric truck or experience our DAF XG+ for themselves.

Days like today are a great opportunity to share ideas, showcase what’s possible and, most importantly, bring the industry together.

Bringing our Parts teams together 🚛

Yesterday, our Heads of Parts came together at Aintree for a day of sharing ideas, experiences and looking at how we can continue to support our customers and teams across Motus Commercials.

It was a great opportunity to share best practice, discuss what’s working well and look at what’s next for our Parts teams.

And, judging by the shirts, there may have been a little football rivalry involved too! 👀

Behind every part, every order and every customer interaction is a team of people working together to keep our customers moving.

Here’s to great conversations, shared ideas and plenty more teamwork ahead.
