What Is It with big companies BT have been taking twice the amount of money for 2 years for our phone bill and because we have cancelled a Direct Debit they have sent us threatening letters from bailiffs /debt collectors. At our whits end with these people trying to rectify there problem for the past two years getting nowhere. Does anybody else know what we can do? ! 😡
