Chris’s new 770 xt completed !!

Another full build from us here with it all being built painted and wired in house !
Truck is running a full Beier sfr1 setup in there and it’s all mounted on a 6x6 chassis to match his old one, along with that we have made the truck so that it will work along side his existing trailers!

Volvo fh16 completed for John with matching trailer !

John came to us with some ideas and left the rest up to us to complete for him and it’s turned out amazing 👌🏼 fully fitted out with the Beier sfr1 in the truck along with the trailer infra red system so the truck and trailer work together perfectly

Johns 770 all completed!
Another one of johns great builds came to us for a Beier unit install so we took out the old lights and added all new ones along with the light bars and the strobes in the grill. It’s also linked up so that it will work with his heavy haulage trailers that can be swapped between the trucks

Carls wrecker completed!

Was a full rebuild on this truck from stripping it all down to posting out the parts to carls painter and while it was away we got the chassis prepped and the boom fully motorised then when all of the parts come back from paint it was time to built it all back up fit all of the lights and wire them in to a Beier sfr and this is the outcome and it’s turned out perfect 👌🏼

Thank you for everyone’s support this year and we have worked on some amazing trucks this year and been involved in some special builds

we have completely rebuild it from the chassis upwards with a new motor and gear box setup along with making the boom fully operational with our own kit that we make and then to finish it off it’s had a full Beier sfr1 fitted in to the truck to finish it off

Darren came to us to do the finishing touches on the job he had already started just tidying up some of the wiring along with adding some of the light bars then the final touch of wiring in the Beier sfr1 to control everything!

Carl came to us again for his amazing Volvo this time to add the final part,the Beier sfr 1 light and sound unit to finish the truck off and we must say it’s come out amazing as always

Carls 770 8/4/4 all wired up !
As soon as the t cab was back to Carl within a few days we received the next one to install Beier too and program it to match the t cab so all of the trailers will work perfectly together
Beier sfr1 fitted in to this unit and the old light and sound unit taken out and sent back on return
Must say it’s an excellent looking truck and thank you for the work Carl
