Happy Monday! 🔧🚗

Another busy week is officially underway at Mistry Motors, and the workshop is already looking nice and lively!

We’ve got wet belts on the go, services booked in, repairs being tackled and all those weird and wonderful little jobs that seem to appear out of nowhere 😅

Happy Tuesday from a VERY busy Mistry Motors! 🔧😂

The workshop is absolutely stacked today, and it’s very much all hands on deck…

We’ve currently got:
🔧 2 clutch jobs
🛢️ 1 wet belt
⛓️ 1 timing chain
…all being tackled at the same time! Safe to say the ramps are full, the tools are out, and the lads are definitely earning their brew breaks today 😂

Days like this are exactly what we’re about — keeping things moving, getting stuck into the bigger jobs and getting customers back on the road as quickly as we can. Whether it’s a clutch that’s given up, a wet belt that needs attention or a timing chain causing trouble, we’ve got plenty to keep us busy!

So if you’ve got a strange noise, warning light, slipping clutch, or you’ve been putting a repair off for a little too long… give us a shout before it turns into an even bigger job 👀

This time last year, our office was looking… well… a little bit tired 😂

Fast forward to now and it’s had the full Mistry Motors treatment — fresh walls, new desk, feature panelling, new lighting and a proper tidy-up. Safe to say it’s come a LONG way! 👌

We spend plenty of time making sure our customers’ cars are looking after properly, so we thought it was about time we gave the office a bit of attention too! 🔧😎

This customer had a fault, ignored it, and apparently decided to give it a bit of time to “sort itself out”…

Spoiler: it did not. 😅

Instead, a smaller problem has now upgraded itself to the deluxe, premium, wallet-emptying version. 💸

Cars are funny like that — they rarely heal themselves overnight. If it’s knocking, leaking, smoking, flashing lights at you or generally behaving like it’s possessed, it’s probably worth getting it checked before it turns into a Monday like this. 😂

If your car is trying to tell you something, give us a bell before it starts shouting.

Well, that’s another belting Bank Holiday done and dusted!

Hopefully everyone managed to make the most of the long weekend.

Now September’s here, the kids are heading back to school, the roads are getting busier again and the morning routine is back in full swing… 😩😂

😂 WHEN YOUR OIL FILTER LOOKS LIKE IT’S BEEN ON AN ALL-INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY…

Absolute CHONK of an oil filter pulled out today. 😳🤣

Safe to say this one has been working overtime — it’s collected enough sludge to qualify for its own bin collection!

A good reminder that servicing isn’t just “changing the oil”. Your filter catches all the rubbish circulating around your engine, and eventually it needs swapping before it starts looking like this absolute unit. 😂🔧

Not sure when yours was last serviced? Probably best not to wait until we’re pulling out something that looks like a chocolate brownie. 👀

We asked the tyre if it wanted replacing...

It said, "I'm already halfway there!" 🤦‍♂️

This one came in looking more like a flip-flop than a tyre! Thankfully it was caught before it turned into something much more serious.

💡 A quick tyre check could save you from a roadside breakdown (or an expensive recovery bill).

If your tyres are looking a little worse for wear, pop in and we'll happily check them over.

🔧 Happy Monday everyone! ☀️

Who else was debating whether to stay up for the England game at 2am? 😴⚽ If you managed it, fair play! Hopefully it was worth the lack of sleep! 👏

As for us... There's no lie-in this morning! We've got another busy week lined up in the workshop with MOTs, servicing, diagnostics, clutches, brakes and plenty more keeping the team busy.

Whether you got a full eight hours or survived on coffee after a 2am kick-off, we're here and ready to keep your car on the road. 💪🚗
