Hydro dipped frame, splattered wheels to match. This one came out clean ⚡

Another full STAGE2 Sur Ron Light Bee conversion by EVFREAKS.

We stripped her fully down to the bare frame, sandblasted, coated, then hydro dipped the frame and all plastics - and ordered matching custom SmPro wheels to match the look.

Then we built her back up with all new bearings and top-grade upgraded parts:

We turned away five repair jobs last week. Two more today alone.

Not because we couldn't do them. Because we'd rather build one bike properly than rush through five.
So we're making it official: EVFreaks doesn't do repairs or servicing of any kind anymore.

From here on it's one thing only — full custom builds. Stage 3, Stage 2, Stage 1, and only electric of course 😛

Here's what that actually means:
When your bike's on our bench, it's the only bike on our bench. Nothing rushed because something else is waiting.
It's slower. It's fussier. It costs more. And after 6+ years of mixed work, it's the only way we want to build now.

We're fully booked until the end of August and we're keeping the list short on purpose.

We supplied and installed an EVF 81V 75AH 22S battery into this fully loaded Sur Ron Ultra Bee ⚡️

Bike currently running an EBMX X9000 V3 controller with an EBMX motor and cutom EVF 22s battery 🔋

Our EVF UB batteries fit under the stock lid with almost no modifications needed, apart from relocating the battery lid lock pins slightly lower.

Active on this Ultra Bee, installing an 81V battery. We didn’t have the right DC DC to hand, so we used a Talaria Komodo DC DC instead.

This one has a signal wake cable, and it looks like it’s not taking voltage directly, but most likely a logic signal going into it 🥶

As soon as we just started enjoying ourselves - the blue lights showed up… 🐷🚔

Luckily the boys on the bikes knew exactly what they were doing 🥷💨💨

Bikes vanished but Ferrari got seized
