This what a blocked Adblue injector looks like, it’s location is above the Diesel particulate filter, who plays a role in keeping the emissions to a lower level, however once it’s blocked it no longer does that, picture two shows the tailpipe of the Exhaust, as can be seen in the image there is a heavy soot content which also gives an indication that the diesel particular filter is blocked.

Ford Transit Wetbelt, looking at this oil filter it can be clearly seen that it hasn’t been changed for a long time.
Got a Ford Transit with a wet belt fitted, make sure you have it regular serviced, at least every 12 months, this will help in reducing the contamination to the wet belt.
