Working in a predominantly male industry like construction, I still meet so many men who have never heard of the PSA test. Since my late Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, I’ve supported this charity and tried to do my bit to raise awareness. Alongside wearing a wristband, I also wear a Prostate Cancer polo shirt as part of my workwear to help start conversations.
It’s surprising how many men are still unaware of the PSA test—a simple blood test that can help detect this disease early.
