Stage 3 B58 💨

BMW M140i, B58 Gen 1, in for a Stage 3 package, same day turnaround. Fitted with a Littco L540 Hypercore turbo, sports cat downpipe, and Bosch TU pump. Loaded onto MHD with an XHP gearbox flash, and custom tuned with switchable maps, map one as the high power setting, map two running slightly lower boost.

This L540 is a development from the long-standing L520 we've used and tested for years, so we were genuinely excited to see what it could do.

Final figures on this setup came in at 530hp and 720nm of torque. We did have it running slightly higher, but dialed it back given the sports cat downpipe and 99 octane fuel. With some ethanol and a Decat downpipe, we're confident this will clear the 600hp mark. Very impressed with the turbo, stock-like spool and a whole lot more power on tap.

BMW X640i loaded onto Bootmod3 for its Stage 1+ package. ECU unlocked, sports cat downpipe installed, retaining the factory OPF. Custom tuned on Bootmod3 software to produce 450hp and 720nm on 99 octane fuel

We also tuned the gearbox with XHP Stage 3 and our custom settings, huge gains in power and performance all round.

BMW 340i F30 in for a Stage 2+ calibration 📈

With switchable burbles in Sport+ Bosch TU pump and catless downpipe installed its now producing 480hp and 680nm of torque. XHP flashed on the gearbox with Stage 3 software, a perfect Stage 2+ build.

BMW M140i in for a host of repair work alongside a Decat downpipe and B58TU fuel pump. Tuned on MHD, with two custom maps built, a full Stage 2+ power map, and a secondary flame party mode for a bit of fun on customer request. This one produced 482hp and 700nm of torque. Tuning available in house and remote 📈

BMW 330d G20 in for our Stage 1 engine and gearbox calibration, along with an upgraded turbo inlet. We've done a lot of development on these G series diesel calibrations recently, and this one's yielded fantastic results, 345hp and 720nm of torque, on an otherwise standard car with no other modifications besides the inlet. Super crisp shifts, raised torque levels in the gearbox, and optimised shift points.
