Last wk a lady phoned about a clutch Problem on her car, so I explained we are very busy & it would be several wks b4 it could be done but if u call in I'll try & diagnose it 1st. So the following day the lady arrived - the fault was actually the gear change cable mounting bracket on the gearbox which was loose, so that tightened up sorted it. Advised that clutch pedal was high & that's a sign clutch is worn but could last 3 months or years. The lady offered to pay which I replied naaa ur alright off you go, glad to help & it only took 15 - 20 mins.
Happy new year !
Off she went & me n Hann thought that was that, only to arrive at the workshop on Mon to a card & 2 x bottles from the lady who was a complete stranger to us.
What kind words & a lovely gesture.
Little things really do make it all worth while !

Hi everyone.
We would just like to say thank you for your support this year. Quite often we have had lead times of upto 3 weeks ahead with bookings & we have had to juggle things around to fit breakdowns etc in.
Your understanding & support with this has been great, not one single person has complained about having to wait for us to repair their car, which is truly fantastic.
Thank you all so much.

We will now be closed over the Xmas period & re open on Tuesday 3rd.
