JOB OPPORTUNITY

Recovery/ vehicle collection driver wanted.

4 days a week, possibly go to 5 days a week if business keeps building.

7.5t licence required as a minimum with a valid tacho and CPC card.

Job role would include collect and recovering scrap and damaged vehicles, doing weekly vehicle checks & washing and cleaning the vehicles.

Competitive rates of pay, no unsociable hours or weekends.

Job opportunity!

Vehicle dismantler required.

40 hours per week, competitive rate of pay,

Job role - depolluting and dismantling of scrap and salvage vehicles, removing parts for resale, stripping and fitting tyres, maintaining a tidy work area and maintaining the equipment that you use.

Mechanical experience is a must , a forklift certification would be ideal but not required as training would be given for all equipment in use.

Candidates must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Also must be able to follow instructions. Full drivers licence required

JOB OPPORTUNITY!

We’re looking for a part time vehicle recovery driver.

24 - 32 hours a week, no weekends or nights. Hourly rate negotiable.

Class 2 HGV licence and valid tachometer and CPC cards preferred but a 7.5t/ grandfather rite’s licence would be sufficient.

The job rolls are collecting and delivering complete and scrap vehicles mainly around the North Yorkshire area using a tilt and slide recovery truck with a towing spec lift or a 3.5t beavertail truck and sometimes a trailer.

Most vehicles will run and drive but some will require use of winches, previous use of these types or equipment will be a Bonus but not essential as training will be provided.

Salvage parts delivery and some equipment movement and collection will also be part of the job but it is not that often.
