This is one from a while back!

Fiesta ST 2014

Another mobile job for this customer for convenience. This customers self employed with a family. Dropping a car off for work we can carry out mobile is the much better option.

We used all genuine Ford parts for this job as customer requested, with invoice, photos and a stamp in the book. Oh and we noticed excessive play in the handbrake so we adjusted this too.

In for a recommended rear differential oil change following complaints of some noises and a different drive.

We went ahead and supplied genuine HONDA DPS-F fluid and washers.

Within an hour or so the customer had collected and had agreed this had sorted the issue

Sometimes we make mistakes, but we offer emergency repairs as part of goodwill.

This was a mistake that happens, part of the last service job. We recognised a small exhaust blow from the rear section but forgot to mention it to the customer.

Customer rung the following day with a complain his exhaust was getting louder, followed by a snap.

We offered next day repair and an inspection at the customers house the same day. We then repaired the following day early morning at the customers work address. Oh and 25% off the labour bill.

We’ve been working on this car for a few years now. We carry out all work required to keep this customers first car going.

This is the not only the customers first car. But the car he learnt to drive in!

Now reaching 150,000 miles with full service history and records of clutch and cambelt having being done.

We are now carrying out age related work.

-Air filter
-OSF outer CV boot

🔥MOBILE CLUTCH JOB🔥

We were asked to diagnose a mysterious noise and weird clutch feel when driving at slower speeds. We diagnosed this as the release bearing and we were correct.

An original clutch kit from factory with a tired out release bearing. This noise was getting progressively worse so we were asked to supply and fit a 3 piece good quality clutch kit.

A trip over to ESSEX once again to carry this job out. A little annoying we had to wait 45 minutes for the great English weather to sort itself out before completing this clutch in 4 hours.

- Supply and fit 3 piece SACHS clutch kit
- New gear oil

In for an exhaust replacement (middle and rear) and heat shield temporary fix.

With a little diagnostics from the customer we went ahead and ordered the parts and carried out the repair. This was dropped to us and repaired the following morning for a midday collection.

We had some slight struggle with some rusty bolts, however with the correct tools and knowledge we still had this car repaired and back on the road in a few hours.
