This is the 2nd Ford RS to pass through our workshop this month - a "barn" find Sierra Cosworth that had been coated in bitumin underseal, silver hammerite paint on the calipers, rear trailing arms, diff casing and transmission and black hammerite on the hubs then stored for 25 years until now. Well this was our toughest dry ice cleaning challange to date and pushed limit of what we could achieve with our equipment, however we did our research to ensure that we knew the locations and saved as much of the orignal paint markings on bolts and painted stamps on the real training arms etc to ensure originality when we pealled back the layers of bitumin, grim and paint, and we kept the client updated as we progressed and they were really pleased with the results we achieved.
