FOR SALE, our first T-Jet swapped Panda 100HP, details below:
2007 Fiat Panda 100HP 1.4 16v T-Jet engine swapped
97k miles on the car, 92k miles on the engine. MOT July 2024, unfortunately no service book so not sure on previous history. Purchased early in 2021 as a project to put an abarth engine in and been running with this setup for over 2 years now.
Still runs original Panda 6 speed gearbox, solid flywheel and clutch (which was new when engine fitted). On/off throttle can be a bit snappy with the solid flywheel depending on your driving style. I would not advise remap or tuning box unless minimum you up-rate the clutch or do the abarth 5 speed gearbox swap as technically it’s already above the torque rating of the gearbox/clutch, but so far has been holding up.
Since we got it in 2021 we have carried out new brembo discs and pads on the back, abarth 500 284mm front brake conversion, correct Magneti Marelli 100HP specific lower arms, new genuine Cambelt kit and water pump before engine put in along with oil and filter and spark plugs and also new radiator due to old one leaking. Also just had a fresh oil and filter change. Underside has been undersealed and rear axle has been treated and painted.

AC has been removed for clearance on the front mount intercooler along with the front fog lights. Also correct engine number has been transferred on the Log Book/V5.
Still runs what is believed to be original shocks/springs, this is so that the new owner can choose their preferred setup if they want refreshed originals, or up-rate or go to coilovers etc. Also to note the valve on the Monza back box sometimes rattles (common issue) when partially opening on throttle, could be fixed permanently open if wanted.
