We had this Ford Mondeo in for a Diagnostic Report from a local dealership 🚗

We carried out 3 different reports, 1 before clearing DTCs, 1 After DTCs were cleared, then went for a drive and done another report to see if there was any repeat codes 🤞🏻

Sent all 3 over ✅

They were very happy with results and will be working with them more closely and taking more work on for them ✅

Been out of action for a while, but back again with an MOT fail on this MK6 golf ✅

Failed on -
Bonnet not opening ❌
Handbrake not performing to expectations ❌
Both rear shocks ❌

All parts supplied and fitted
✅ Rear P/S Caliper
✅ Both Handbrake cables (both siezed)
✅ Needed both cable guides (Supplied straight from VW themselves)
✅ Two rear shocks (both badly done)
✅ Bonnet latch cleaned and freed up

Advised the customer to go ahead with rear discs and pads aswell due to how badly pitted and out of shape the discs were, it could’ve affected the effectiveness of the handbrake, which the customer agreed and all done in good timing besides having to wait for parts due to some complications

❌ Mk7 Transit needed a starter motor ❌

Called out Thursday evening to get the old one removed and customer had got it tested, to find out the starter needed replaced altogether.

Customer got a new one bought and called out today to get it fitted for him for Monday morning ✅
