We’d like to let our customers know that Scotia Valet & Servicing has now evolved into Scotia Automotive Group.

This name change reflects the growth of the business and allows us to expand the range of services we offer, while continuing to provide the same high standards, honest workmanship, and attention to detail you already trust.

Under Scotia Automotive Group, we now cover:
• Vehicle detailing
• Servicing
• Diagnostics
• Brakes
• Batteries
• General maintenance

Please note:

Important Booking & Payment Update

To allow us to continue providing a reliable, high-quality service, we are introducing the following policies with immediate effect:

• All valet bookings will now require a deposit to secure the booking.
Unfortunately, we have experienced an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which has a big impact on a small business like ours.

• Any vehicle parts required must be paid for upfront before ordering.
As a small business, we cannot afford to order expensive parts and then receive no response or payment from customers.

These measures are not aimed at genuine customers — they simply help protect our time, costs, and ability to serve everyone fairly.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our small local business. 🙏

Customer brought their car in saying it was “serviced last year”… yet it’s running terribly.

Honestly, it blows my mind that some garages take people’s money and then don’t even do the job. Servicing isn’t difficult — but it is essential.

Just look at the state of this air filter. The oil was thick and lumpy, like treacle.
The customer was charged £180 for an engine service, but judging by this filter, it hasn’t been changed in at least five years.

With me, every service and repair is photographed and documented, so you know exactly what’s been done and nothing is ever hidden.
Your peace of mind matters.

This customer is genuinely lucky the engine didn’t suffer a catastrophic failure.
