Saw this electric boat last week.
Is this the future for e-boating?
Let’s hope they don’t get caught out with the tide and can make it into a marina before the battery runs out 😩
On Spook we opt for wind power any day of the week. Got to be better than batteries 🤣

Sailing Spook Broadcast

The Sun is out and the wind is lovely. Sailing has been really nice the last few days and the rest of August looks awesome.

We have a couple of spaces available on the following dates.

August 17th, 18th,
Bank Holiday weekend
Friday 23rd and Monday 26th.

And a couple of cabins free for the Bournemouth airshow 29th and 30th August and 31st/1st September.

Living on the edge on Spook

Going to a live sporting event is always amazing but being totally in the middle of it is something else. Some yachts were no more than 2 metres away from our stern as they raced past.

The weather is amazing and the tides are great so next Monday, 29th, we are planning to sail around the whole of the Isle of Wight following the track of the famous round the island race.
It's a real treat and quite an adventure.
