About the Role
Best Garages Ltd is looking for a Centre Manager to lead and grow our new Ringwood site. This is a hands-on role to begin with, ideal for someone who can combine technical ability with strong leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
🔧 Working on vehicles in the workshop initially
📈 Driving growth and increasing customer volume
🏪 Managing and developing a brand-new centre
⚙️ Overseeing day-to-day operations

Future Progression
🚗 This site will become an MOT centre within 12 months
📊 As the business grows, your focus will shift more into management

What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong technical background (Vehicle Technician level)
👨‍🔧 Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
📈 Proven ability to grow customer base and workload
💼 Experience running or supporting workshop operations

Requirements
✅ Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
🎓 Level 3 qualification (or time served considered)
🚗 MOT Tester preferred (training available)
