👤 What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic ⏱️
• Level 3 qualification OR equivalent time-served experience 🎓
• A full UK driving licence (Required) 🪪
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of Lymington 🚗
• MOT Tester licence is a plus, but NOT essential (we will fund your training! 📜)
• Strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail ✨
