OFFLOADING EMOTIONS ATTATCHED TO PLACES

We often associate places with emotions, especially when something upsetting happens there. It’s natural for the mind to link a location with a stressful memory — like witnessing a car accident at a corner you pass every day.
One helpful way to move forward is by gently creating new, neutral experiences in that same place. Over time, your brain can learn that the location itself is safe and just part of everyday life again.

If you’re struggling with place-based memories or emotional triggers, know that you don’t have to face it alone. With the right support and techniques, those emotional connections can soften and lose their hold.

If this resonates with you or someone you know, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help you start you on your driving journey.

Lots of love,

Kris
