The base of any van is just as if not more important than the shiny furniture that everyone sees. Starting with a solid base will ensure your van stays as solid as the day it was built. There is nothing worse than a creaky, wonky floor that develops over time through poor floor fitment. Taking the time to get the stuff nobody sees right pays off in the long run.
All our campervan floors are insulated and sound deadened using the multilayer. A 7mm thick combination of butyl, aluminum, and rubber foam layers delivering exceptional soundproofing, noise absorption, and thermal insulation capabilities.

These new Transits are a bit alright.

We had the pleasure of turning Rob's new custom into a practical crew van that he can use for weekends away with the kids but still be used as a work horse for his garlic business.

Another roof popped.

Old or new, we fit the all.

This lwb orange delight has had a poptop roof fitted, allowing for the customer to finally stand up in their van after years of crouching. We also managed to refit their existing awning with the use of an awning rail and some custom bracketry.
