A large company ending in lovetts called for help and help is what we provided!

What you're looking at is a stainless steel dip tank to remove paint on aluminium wheels before being refurbished, the tank had cracked and required on site welding. being such a large item installed in a factory they couldn't just unbolt it and bring it to me.

We do provide on site welding depending on the job.

No we aren't coming to your driveway to patch up a rusty car but if you have large machinery in factories or "on-site" then we can accommodate a on-site repair either in steel aluminium or in this case Tig welding stainless steel.

🟢Shot blasted to removed the many layers of old paint
🟢 Repaired to ther original condition

🟢Powder coated in gloss black

🟢Re fitted in their original location on top of the new stonework

Wrought iron is not a simple metal to just weld, it requires pre~heating brazing together then peening, followed by a heat treatment to allow the disimalar metals to cool slowly together. This is something alot of modern welding company's will avoid but not hear at CUT Fabrication.

Do you have a aluminium tipper body that needs modifying or a new body makeing?

If so then CUT FABRICATION is your place to go.

This customer brought a mint single cab defender tipper with no tool storage. Hear at CUT we added side entry doors and boxed of the inside of the body to create a safe and secure place to keep his tools. In addition underhung boxes were made up In house and mounted to the chassis both side for more storage.

Now I'm not saying I'm proud of great Britain at the moment….we haven't been so GREAT of lately But being asked to build a flag pole to support the GREAT country we CAN be felt so good! And what an honour it was!

With an anodised gold stainless steel ball to top it of I think it looks pretty GREAT! don't you?

From a pile of old rusty iron to a new freshly powder coated water wheel fabricated and installed by ourselves here at CUT Fabrication.

Nestled in a swampy wooded area, a once-neglected water wheel has been brought back to life, transforming from a rusty relic to a vibrant piece of engineering. This restoration project stands as a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of those who cherish preserving historical landmarks.

Sub frame strengthening plates ✅
Rust treated and under sealed ✅
Reconditioned Polly bushed sub frame ✅
New drive shafts✅
Re routed the hydraulic handbrake threw the cab ✅
New rear upper and lower arm bushes ✅
W.O.L steering angle kit ✅
Mishimoto radiator and fan set up✅
Mishimoto oil cooler and brackets to suit ✅
adjustment of the exhaust to fit the new body kit ✅
