It must be billet alloy Friday today! The latest batch of MED performance oil filter heads and fancy cam timing covers are here, assembled and ready to go.

Enhance your Mini's engine bay and stop oil leaks in one go, and it's a nice DIY project for the Bank Holiday weekend.

QC and dimension checks on the MED dog-engagement competition sets. With the strain these gear sets are placed under, we make great efforts to check they're all correct to drawing.

Our design features five large dogs on the gears for a slick confident gear shift, and is a joy to race with.

A fresh SPi MED steel flywheel kit in build this afternoon, complete with our latest spec flywheel and modified Verto-style clutch cover.

The new flywheels have a wide ring gear tooth machined directly into the steel, which is then specially heat treated for ultimate strength and long-term reliability.

The covers are stripped and surface ground on the rear face for accurate alignment, with an uprated spring to increase the torque holding ability.

All in, it makes a superb upgrade for any SPi Classic Mini, with regular Verto and MPi options too, balanced to within 1 gram and ready to fit.

Up close with the stunning Omega forged lightweight race pistons. We have a wide range of bore sizes from 998 +20 to 73.5mm for a 1380/1460cc build, with options on the crown design and compression height.

The perfect match to our range of steel crankshafts and conrods.

These are +20 short height pistons with a 6cc dish - popular in Mini Miglia or for use with 6" conrods in a racing 1293cc A-Series. The very best!
