We know it’s been a bit quiet on our social media lately, but that’s just because we’ve been busy making some incredible upgrades for our customers!

🚗 First up: We’ve transformed a Mitsubishi Starion turbo, bringing it kicking and screaming into the 21st century! This now features a larger modern billet compressor wheel, an upgraded 360 thrust bearing, an oversized thrust collar, and staggered oil seals. It was no small feat, especially since many of the parts are hard to come by these days!

🚗 Secondly, we’re thrilled to announce that our Stage 1 hybrid turbo for the Corsa D and E VXR is back in stock! With an optimized billet compressor wheel and a cutback turbine wheel, this turbo is capable of delivering an impressive 260bhp.

We’re thrilled to announce a new chapter in our business as we shift some of our focus to Ford Transit turbos, offering both standard and hybrid options.

This specific unit is 786880 commonly found on the 2.2 from 2012 Euro 5, 99-155HP

These are not just cheaply re-cored units that wont last long.
Our standard units come with upgraded bearings, thrust assembly and seals where available.

Each core is meticulously built and balanced in-house, ensuring the highest quality. We then put every unit through an accurate setup on our dynamic flow bench to guarantee maximum performance.

We will also soon be releasing our stock ultimate replacement cores, supercores and turbos, oem size but packs more punch. These will be released in around 6-8 weeks and again will need testing.

🚗💨 Firstly apologies for the lack of posts lately its been an extremely busy time. 🚗 💨

During our latest turbo testing, we noticed a significant drop in boost pressure during multiple back-to-back dyno runs. After some investigation, we discovered that heat soak in the Turbosmart actuator was the culprit. While these actuators are excellent, their aluminum design can make them prone to heat soak, leading to boost loss.

But we have a solution! 🍻 We now have heat shields in stock, specifically designed to fit the Turbosmart actuator perfectly. These heat shields create an air gap, effectively preventing heat soak and boosting your performance.

After many miles of hard work and countless adventures, it's time to retire our trusty work van. 🚐💨

We removed the KRS K04 Stage 2 Turbo with a view to upgrading to stage 3 but unfortunately other projects have taken over. This has been fully refurbished and has only seen 15,000 miles of rigorous testing.
*new chra,
*new oem actuator,
*new oem recirc with upgraded spring,
*new pierburg BCS,
*larger super light weight k04 billet compressor wheel,
*9 blade high flow turbine wheel,

Best of all the van is my personal vehicle so no VAT 👍

1️⃣ C20LET Stage 3 This features full Ford Focus MK2 RS internals, cutback turbine wheel, billet compressor wheel, 380bhp, non-cracked manifold, stainless penny valve, turbosmart actuator and heat shield. This is a reman unit, £1595 on exchange basis.

2️⃣ Z20LEH Stage 3 Hybrid.
Originally built for testing many years ago, this has now returned home.
Its been fully rebuilt with a new core, new manifold, new turbosmart actuator with heat shield, new bcs and recirc with upgraded spring and the Astra J vxr compressor cover.
