IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

We’re still open: We are monitoring the situation and our overriding priority is the health of our customers, staff and families, however we remain open as the government has designated Transport as one of the key worker sectors. Garages are needed to keep transport moving for NHS workers, supermarket staff, emergency services, food delivery vehicles and many other vehicles.
We greatly value our customers and our employees, so we wish to do all we can to keep everyone safe and ensure that our key workers can get the help needed through this stressful time. Below are some areas we are trying to help, as well as ensuring that social distancing is implemented at our facilities.

• If you request a contactless service, please give us a call or drive on to our property and call us from your car on 01582 486700 to discuss your needs.

• We will complete the work always trying to ensure we have social distance between our staff and you the customer.

• We are limiting the number of people in our waiting room and providing outside areas to wait. There is a big field opposite so please feel free to use this for some fresh air, exercise or dog walking and we can call you when we have completed the work.

• We are happy to arrange a pick up and drop off service for your car, subject to availability within a certain distance. Please call 01582 486700 to book this in.

• We have greatly increased our hygiene at our facilities including but not exclusive to sanitising our surfaces, car door handles, steering wheels and gear sticks.

• Please use card payments where possible avoiding cash. Card payments can also be taken over the phone.
