NEW FK8 Civic Type R joining the grid 2027 🏁

Another FK8 Time Attack build leaves the Dream Automotive workshop, fully transformed from a mildly modified example into a uncompromising, dedicated track tool built for serious competition.

Drawing direct inspiration from our benchmark builds for David Frost and Nick Goode, we took everything proven on those chassis to forge this ultimate circuit weapon.

Handling: Nitron Suspension tailored for track geometry and precision cornering.

Stopping Power: AP Racing Brakes for consistent, fade-free deceleration lap after lap.

Aero Package: J's Racing Front Splitter paired with an APR Rear Wing for aggressive, functional downforce.

We took our latest Time Attack UK FK8 Civic Type R build to Silverstone for a proper trial by fire—a completely soaked track for its official shakedown.

Even in treacherous conditions, the car proved its point. The day was all about pushing through the spray to dial in baseline setups, verify power delivery, and test mechanical grip where it matters most.

Owner Steve came off the circuit with high praise for the chassis balance and responsiveness in the wet.

Development doesn't stop here! we’ll be refining the set up over the coming months. Hitting the Time Attack UK grid next season with a fully sorted, track machine.
