David’s NO-GAS Ultravan!
Always a pleasure dealing with this absolute gent of a man. We really enjoyed putting this one together for him.
David was adamant that gas wasn’t for him, so we fitted the latest generation diesel boiler from Truma - In fact, he had the new generation of almost everything fitted to this all-electric campervan. The latest Victron electrical system as park of our ‘all-electric’ pack; including a beefed up alternator charging system, a 3kw inverter capable of running his induction hob and microwave with ease, and a 460ah Smart battery from our friends at Roamer - all controlled from our Garmin touchscreen control system.
Elegantly reserved but packing a punch. Topped off with Michelin Agilis Cross Climate tyres, this is one off-grid machine.

During this quarter’s batch of handovers we had two very similar looking Ultravans - mainly because both customers selected the finishes of our Demonstrator or very close to it (visit ultravans.co.uk/book to come and view).
But if you look closer you’ll see just some of a selection of customisations completed for both customers to make it their own.

This is the first of those vans, for Mr & Mrs G. They requested to maintain a gas setup, but switch out the boiler for Diesel instead. Additionally, they wanted a streamlined kitchen and to dispense with the combination cooker unit that comes as standard - instead opting for a gas hob and standalone gas oven/grill to maintain the sleek lines. Deciding they didn’t need a load-thru hatch to the garage, they requested to have our larger Vitrifrigo fridge located in this space, giving tonnes of storage in the kitchen as a result! The final adjustment was perhaps the most impressive with the installation of a Clesana ‘welding’ Toilet. This incredibly innovative product uses heat to ‘seal’ the contents into foil pouches for clean and easy disposal! Amazing concept..

All of the above shows just why a ‘conversion’ can provide for exactly what you’re looking for versus an off-the-peg product from a large volume manufacturer (with better aftercare and support to boot!) 😊

FINALLY!
It has been a long time in the making, but here it is, our new MWB Ultravan.
Squeezing our usual 6.8m of high spec campervan into 6m of condensed goodness!
We’re rather pleased with the completed article, and so are the new owners.. meet Nicky & Kev, quite possibly two of the most patient people on earth!
So comfortable, well proportioned and of course brimming with equipment. For those who want what we do, just in a smaller package.

Roland & Alison! This lovely couple had glorious Spring blue skies bless them on their collection day.
This Ultravan has mere days in the UK before it embarks on the first adventure to the continent. Having caravanned previously, this campervan ticked the boxes for the next phase of their (very busy!) lives. Bright and airy, with class and style, we love this combination.

Marco & Emma’s Collection Day!
With literally thousands of possible design combinations available, it’s flattering that customers love our demo campervan so much that often they just tweak it subtly to make it their own. Marco & Emma also asked us to delete the oven, giving even more accessible storage. We especially love those cab seats. With dozens of leather colours and stitch patterns, how would you do yours?
