As many of you know I work on my own, this means I can’t always pick up the phone to answer calls. If you wish to book your car in or have a query please send me a message and I will respond as soon as I am able to.
I don’t work weekends or bank holidays so messages sent during these times will be replied to on the next working day.
Messenger is always the best way to contact me 📲
Please do not send queries through email as these may be missed.
Please do not send work related messages to my personal Facebook messenger.
Dropping off your vehicle:
I am often out on test drives so if the garage is unmanned when you are dropping your car off for a pre booked appointment, don’t panic, please put your car keys through the letter box - these instructions will have been communicated to you at the point of booking 😊
Appointment info:
Please leave locking wheel nuts & service books on the passenger seat.
I will call you when the vehicle is ready for collection or if I need to speak to you sooner. Please do not overwhelm me with phone calls to ask how I’m getting on - your vehicle will be ready faster without frequent interruptions 🫢
Walk Ins:
All of my work is by appointment only. I am extremely busy and will not have time to look at your vehicle if you are not booked in. Drop me a message & I will respond as soon as I can.
No Shows:
If you cannot keep your appointment for any reason please send a message to cancel it at least 48 hours before. I have a 3 week wait for appointments and not turning up means someone else misses out. If you simply do not turn up for your appointment on the day, you will be required to pay an £80 + VAT non refundable booking fee should you wish to rebook.
I appreciate this is a lot of information in one post but all of the above help to keep my days running smoothly which means you guys get your cars back faster 😊
And lastly, please try to remember I am only human, I am one man working on multiple clients cars throughout the day. I am not a corporate company, I work independently and this is my livelihood, no shows mean no wages which impact both my business & my family. I do have a life outside of the garage with other responsibilities & commitments and I also have a wife & 3 daughters at home that like to spend time with me too (sometimes) 😂
