For those that "know" what I do at the weekend ....

It's taken a couple of days to process the weekend - but here goes .....
Absolutely 💯 humbled, amazed and totally speechless to receive the Graham Nash NPUA Umpire of the Year award at the 2026 conference
I'm still amazed, shell shocked by the nomination and very overwhelmed by the love and reaction in the room
HUGE thanks to all the Teams, Managers, NPUA assessors & coaches along with my fellow Umpires for their support during the season
Without those people - NONE of this would have happened
My journey throughout the years has never been an "accelerated one" and in my chaotic usual style I DO get there in the end !!
FOREVER grateful and thankful to everyone who has been on the end of the phone, WhatsApp or generally kicked my chunky butt when needed

In true "Nikki bat s**t" craziness ..... Let's see what 26/27 brings ❤️

Whooooo hooooooo its a FIRST TIME test pass for Michael this morning with only 5 d/f
Its been such a pleasure to meet you - you've really put the hard shift in over the past 3 weeks with some very intensive sessions after a busy day at work
Enjoy family trips with your special family - no more motorcycle to work in a rainy day
Will miss all the laughter and chatter in the car

The early mornings have all been worth it - we've been on that journey together thro the enjoyable town centre or zooming up the A47
Its been such a pleasure to meet you and will certainly miss all the laughter and chatter in the car
