Another huge thank you to all our customers old and new. Thank you for all your support, your great reviews, your business and for spreading the word about us.
We’re going from strength to strength and next year is going to be bigger and better.

As much as we HATE to say it. We’ve been caught out with counterfeit cash.
We will be extra vigilant checking money so please don’t take offence.
We don’t want to go cashless either, but this is a strong argument towards doing so.

We are investigating this as it was in the last few days and will find out exactly who passed these notes to us through our cctv.
We will then take appropriate legal action.

We repair a LOT of punctures here at Treadz, but there are always safety parameters we have to work within. Unfortunately not all punctures are repairable but we’ll do our best to repair them if it’s safe to do so.
In this customers tyre, a long screw had gone in at such an angle that it had pierced the inner sidewall causing a bulge in the casing 😳 so we’ve no choice but to fit a new tyre
If you’re wondering what that “venom” style gloop is… it’s continentals idea to make the tyre seal in the event of a puncture.
But as you can see, not only is it as much use as a rocking horse in the grand national… it also prevents future plug repairs.

A quick before and after of some wheels we fitted new tyres to today.
The first picture shows how the wheel was balanced last time the customer had tyres fitted elsewhere.
Over 200 grams in lots of different positions and badly counterbalanced.
After we’d balanced them properly, there was no counterbalancing and all of the old weights were taken off as they should be.

I think it’s safe to say this exhaust has been repaired one too many times and has seen better days.
A middle & rear section fitted in this fiesta for a customer and they no longer sound like a military invasion every time they drive.
