With the weather now going to turn colder don't forget to winterise your Motorhome over the winter period.
We have some helpful information on doing this below:

As winter gets under way, we explain how to get your vehicle ready for the cold weather.

In the winter months, when your not using your motorhomes it is absolutely vital to drain all the water out of the vehicle.

That’s fresh water and waste water from the pipes and the boiler. Otherwise ice expands the water space by around 4% so you can imagine the result for the pipes and, more importantly, the boiler if you leave any fluid on board.

This is how to drain your Motorhome.

Drain the boiler. Open up the valves and get all the water out.
Open all the taps in the kitchen and bathroom, run pump for few seconds to purge the water and leave them open in the “hot” position.
Drain all the water out of the fresh and waste water tanks. Methods will vary a little depending on the motorhome manufacturer.
If your toilet has a separate top flush remember to drain this down also.

Here are some other helpful tips:
Try parking the van on a slight incline so any water runs off the roof.
If you want to cover it when not in use, make sure you get a cover with a breathable membrane.
To keep out condensation, we recommend setting up an oil-filled radiator on a timer with the thermostat set at around 2deg C.
