CUSTOMER NOTICE – RESPECTING OUR TEAM

We understand that experiencing a vehicle breakdown or unexpected repair can be stressful and frustrating. Our team will always do everything reasonably possible to assist you, keep you informed and get your vehicle back on the road as soon as we can.

We kindly ask all customers to remember that some circumstances are outside of our control. These include parts availability, supplier stock levels, delivery times and unexpected supplier or courier delays.

While we will always make every effort to provide updates and explore alternative options where possible, unfortunately we cannot control the availability or delivery of parts.

We are committed to treating every customer with courtesy, patience and respect, and we expect the same consideration to be shown to every member of our team.

Aggressive behaviour, shouting, abusive language, personal insults or disrespectful treatment of our staff will not be tolerated.

Should a customer behave in an unacceptable manner towards a member of our team, we reserve the right to refuse further service and ask that the vehicle is collected from our premises.

We appreciate that delays can be frustrating, but treating our staff poorly will not resolve circumstances that are outside of their control.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and, most importantly, for treating our team with the respect they deserve.

To All Our Customers,

Some of you may be aware of Luke’s current health situation. Unfortunately, after a 10-day stay at St Mark’s Hospital in London, he was able to return home but has since been readmitted to the James Paget Hospital.

We would like to reassure everyone that both of our garages remain open and are operating as normal. However, we are currently working between both sites, so if you need to contact us, please call us on 01503 819675 or 01493 445744.
