So if anyone knows Luke personally they’ll know the last couple of years he’s had a huge battle, he continues to still deal with these issues.

He wanted me to share this on here so we can raise awareness for IBD diseases and hopefully help others in similar situations. We understand times are hard for everyone, if you can just share this and spread it over socials it would be greatly appreciated, thank you ❤️

Hi, my name is Luke Pizzey and this is my story… If this is too … luke pizzey needs your support for I'm Luke pizzey and this is my life..

Good afternoon everyone,

We just wanted to give you a little update and let you know that Luke is currently back in hospital in London.

Firstly, we’d like to reassure everyone that both garages are open and running as usual, and the team are doing their very best to keep everything running smoothly.

For the time being, Luke is unavailable to take calls. If you do need to get in touch with him, please feel free to leave a message with either Danny or Rob and they’ll make sure it is passed on to me.

We kindly ask that you bear with us during what is a difficult time for our family. As many of you know, we are a close, family-run business, so when one of us is away, it is felt by us all.

Danny and Rob are both there to help with any questions or issues you may have, and I’m also available by email at [email protected] if you need me.

We’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers for your patience, kindness and understanding. Your continued support really does mean a lot to us all.

Thank you, Courtney❤️

CUSTOMER NOTICE – RESPECTING OUR TEAM

We understand that experiencing a vehicle breakdown or unexpected repair can be stressful and frustrating. Our team will always do everything reasonably possible to assist you, keep you informed and get your vehicle back on the road as soon as we can.

We kindly ask all customers to remember that some circumstances are outside of our control. These include parts availability, supplier stock levels, delivery times and unexpected supplier or courier delays.

While we will always make every effort to provide updates and explore alternative options where possible, unfortunately we cannot control the availability or delivery of parts.

We are committed to treating every customer with courtesy, patience and respect, and we expect the same consideration to be shown to every member of our team.

Aggressive behaviour, shouting, abusive language, personal insults or disrespectful treatment of our staff will not be tolerated.

Should a customer behave in an unacceptable manner towards a member of our team, we reserve the right to refuse further service and ask that the vehicle is collected from our premises.

We appreciate that delays can be frustrating, but treating our staff poorly will not resolve circumstances that are outside of their control.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and, most importantly, for treating our team with the respect they deserve.

Thankyou, Pizzeys Autos
