Congratulations to Andrew Stanfield of A I Walgate Ltd on receiving his 40 Year Long Service Award from the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society at this year's Lincolnshire Show.

Andrew is the fourth generation of the Stanfield family to work for A I Walgate at Cuxwold, continuing a remarkable family tradition. In a testament to that legacy, his son Josh also works for the business, becoming the fifth generation to be part of the Walgate team.

Adding to the significance of the achievement, both Andrew's father and grandfather were previously recognised with Long Service Awards, making this an exceptional family milestone.

A I Walgate are long-standing Woldmarsh members and supporters of the farming community. We are also proud to work closely with James Walgate, a Woldmarsh Director, whose family business continues to play an important role in Lincolnshire agriculture.

Pictured below are Andrew Stanfield and Ben Cutsforth, Fertiliser Manager at Woldmarsh.

Our thanks to the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society for recognising the dedication, loyalty and commitment of people like Andrew, whose contribution helps keep British farming moving forward.
