This little mini might look innocent, but it’s sportinh a Chevy V8! And running an impressive 460bhp 😏🔥

It’s just popped in for a visit at Foundry Autos, and we reckon that engine has a bigger personality than the car itself! 🏁🔧

We took our Mk2 Es**rt Group 4 rally car to Cars & Coffee at Swansea Airfield today 🏁

It was lovely chatting to new people who are interested to see what work we’ve put into it and seeing so many cracking cars from every era, from original classics to modified favourites. We even spotted a few classics that have been through our garage!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat. See you at the next one! 🚗☕️

Another big milestone reached on this Renault 5 GT Turbo rebuild 🔧

The welding is done and it’s now ready for paint before the rebuild begins. Can’t wait to see this one come back to life! 🚗✨

It’s super shiny, and those square headlamps really make it stand out from the crowd. Such a lovely old Ford to have in the workshop!

What do you think of the square headlamps? 👀🏁

We’re taking apart our Renault 5 GT Turbo as it begins its full restoration journey and first up is the fabrication work with Phil turner 🔧

Phil is a top-dog welder and fabricator, and someone we completely trust with our fabrication work when we’ve got several projects on the go.

This cracking little car is finally getting the attention it deserves, and we can’t wait to bring it back to its former glory! 🏁

Keep an eye on the page for updates as the transformation unfolds… this is going to be a good one! 👀🔥
