Doing forced re gens can cause damage especially if you don’t know the history of what you have you only get a couple of forced re gens before you start causing serious damage to the DPF. This one had one too many when it blocked up again too much pressure and a damaged core = blowing a hole through DPF pipe. Came to us for a clean but when we had a look it was too late damage was done. Fitted a new one and was all sorted.
