This lovely Maserati came to visit us at Affinity Motion. 😈

This was booked in for a full service and service light reset which not many garages can do! 💻

This had genuine Oil and filter, Fuel, Air and pollen filter replaced as part of the service.

The customer also reported an oil leak from the front which we inspected and recommended the repairs required which the vehicle will return for. 🙌🏻

Audi A4 in with us today for a creaking noise coming from the front suspension area 🫨

We put this one on the ramp and found the rear bushes had split on one of the controlNAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland

Two new arms supplied to us by Ben at NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland

This was then road tested and confirmed the noise had now gone! 🎉🔧

Another BMW 116D in with us here at Affinity Motion.

This one came to us following a Drivetrain warning message displayed on the dash. ⚠️

Car was plugged in and diagnosed to be a stuck EGR Valve.

A quick phone call to Ben at Napa Auto Parts in Shepshed and a new part was sourced and delivered to us! This meant the car was back on the road in no time! 🚙💨 📦

We then seen the Mercedes A250 in for a full service 🔧

Oil + Filter + spark plugs + Air filter + Pollen filter all replaced.

We investigated into a fault with the washer fluid leaking from the front and we found the washer pump had cracked. 💦

Next in the work shop was this BMW 116D

This had quite a bit work carried out by us 🔧🛠️

🔹Full service along with CBS reset and digital service history updated by us!

🔹Rear disc and pads due to wear

🔹Front Crank shaft Pulley and Auxiliary belt and tensioner due to wear and failure.

🔹Prop rubber front mount replaced due to being advised on previous MOT

All sorted and back on the road 🎉

The next job we seen was from this lovely customers Volvo XC60.

This vehicle had been diagnosed at main dealer requiring Cylinder number 4 Glow plug to be replaced.

Due to a conversation at the time from the customer for advice we said we could replace the glow plug to the standard as main dealer but for a fraction of the price.

The vehicle arrived and stripped down and the faulty glow plug was replaced! Back on the road in no time!

December 2024 seen the first 2 post lift installed in the workshop side of Affinity Motion! 🎉🎉

Here’s some of the works we’ve doing ever since it’s been installed!

First job was this beautiful spec VW Tiguan R line!

This was in for a grinding noise and what seemed to be sticking brakes. Upon inspection we found the front pad spring clips had failed causing the pads to always be rubbing on the disc and the rear pads had worn down to metal on metal with the disc.

The customer was informed and the front pads and rear disc and pads were replaced with genuine parts supplied from TPS 🙌🏻

A complementary brake fluid service was carried out due to no record of being carried out.
