BMW F31 in last week with a mass air flow fault.

Smoke test carried out and discovered there to be an air leak on the inlet manifold around the swirl flap link arm. New swirl flaps, cleaned inlet manifold and the vehicle is fault free and performing much better!

Couple of jobs from last week!

Peugeot RCZ with the 1.6 THP engine that came in with intermittent power loss & an engine noise.

Unfortunately it required a new timing chain & VVT hub.

Also a Vauxhall Insignia that was due a cambelt.

Mercedes A-Class in with us today with a battery light on 🫣

Unfortunately the auxiliary belt tensioner had failed and caused the belt to shred. New parts supplied, fitted & back on the road. 💪🏻
