DA Stewart Accident Repairs is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
๐ Hours
โข Approximately 16 hours per week
โข Monday to Friday
โข Typically 1:00pm โ 5:00pm
โข Flexible hours can be adjusted for the right candidate
๐ Duties Include
โข General office administration
โข Answering telephone calls and emails
โข Data entry and filing
โข Invoicing and accounts administration
โข Customer service and general office support

Requirements
โข Previous administration experience preferred
โข Good communication and organisational skills
โข Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
โข Sage experience desirable
โข Ability to work independently
โญ Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
