Not all head gasket solutions are built for this level.

We’re currently developing and testing a fire ring setup for the 2.7 30V platform, designed to handle extreme cylinder pressure and high boost applications.

Machined block, integrated fire rings, and a focus on sealing where it actually matters.

This isn’t aimed at standard builds — this is for engines being pushed beyond the limits of conventional setups.

B5 S4 / RS4 THE-950 Turbochargers by THE-Tuner.

Developed as the fifth upgrade stage in THE-Tuner turbocharger range, the THE-950 is designed for high-performance applications requiring consistent response and durability.

Featuring a B03 core assembly with reinforced radial and axial bearings (as used in current RS3 models), these turbochargers utilise OEM BorgWarner components (excluding the backplate) and are engineered to support large compressor and turbine dimensions.

Key features:
• Designed for 850–950 hp on 100 octane fuel
• Capable of exceeding 1000 hp with ethanol (with impact on durability)
• 70 mm compressor wheel / 60 mm turbine wheel
• THE Upgrade 08 exhaust housing for improved response
• Reinforced wastegate actuators
• Supplied with water pipe set

Additional information:
• Compatible with OEM and upgraded setups (with required supporting modifications)
• Fresh air pipes required for plug-and-play installation on S4/RS4
• Oil supply lines must be adapted or purchased separately

Manufactured from heat-resistant 1.4848 stainless steel using investment casting, these manifolds are designed to deliver consistent flow and high durability under extreme conditions.

Developed using 3D scanning, CAD, and CFD simulation, the design ensures optimised exhaust gas flow with minimal variation between cylinders.

Key features:
• Flow-optimised design for increased throughput
• Balanced cylinder flow with ~1% tolerance (vs OEM up to 5%)
• Compatible with OEM and upgraded turbochargers
• Designed to allow fitment of Porsche GT2 RS turbochargers
