Customer care policy:
We are taking the following steps to protect our customers and staff during this difficult time.
We are operating our normal collection and delivery service. Following our strict customer care policy.
Collection:
Upon collection of your vehicle, we will knock at your door and leave a disinfected bucket for you to put the keys into, once you are a safe distance away from the bucket (two metres) we will take the keys and wipe them down.
Technicians:
Any of our technicians that enter your car will be wearing gloves and will not under any circumstances touch your vehicle without wearing gloves.
Delivery:
Upon delivery of your car we will knock at your door and leave your service book along with your key inside a disinfected bucket.
All invoices will be emailed.
We will move away to a safe distance (two meters) allowing you to take your items.
Vehicle:
Any interior item that our staff are in contact with, will be disinfected.
i.e, steering wheel and column, gear lever, handbrake, dashboard and instruments, drivers door handles, inside and out.
We are currently fully operational and will remain so unless we are told we must close, or we are forced to close for internal health and safety reasons.
Payment:
We will ask you to make payment via direct bank transfer payments. We are also still accepting cash payments.
Please remain two metres away from all staff members at all time to protect them and you.
