Darragh is the 4th of the family I’ve had the pleasure in teaching over the years, and he didn’t disappoint. We definitely had some laughs throughout the lessons and it’s been great hearing you doing well in your new career too.

And then we had camera shy Ella who also passed on her first attempt with just 2 minors in Wood Green.

I had the pleasure of teaching her dad almost a decade ago, so I knew she had good genes. And she didn’t disappoint. I will definitely miss our politics chats, and putting the world to rights.

Then we had Tylee who passed in CLACTON ON SEA!!!! After finding a cancellation, she went there for a day trip with her mum in mum’s car and passed with just 2 faults! Just shows how good she is and that’s why I know she’ll be incredible on the roads.

I’m sorry for the offline absence, but we have been BUSY.

Firstly, congratulations to a brilliant first time pass to Senel who passed in Wood Green. She was nervous. VERY nervous in fact. But she made it look easy and even got a “Great drive” from the examiner. It was always pleasure teaching you and I loved our laughs.

We are loving 2026 at Numero Uno!

Congratulations to Damon who passed yesterday in Tottenham with ease. His meticulous preparation was met with a blue certificate and a huge amount of praise from the examiner. He was always on time and always prepared for each lesson. Basically, what is instructors call a dream client. Congratulations again on a fantastic pass and I look forward to see you on the road. Passes like these don’t happen often. Ash passed in Wood Green today with a clean sheet! Yep no minor faults which is an incredible achievement (my 9th in almost 20 years!!!)

He had to persevere with canceled tests which happened on the day, but he showed them what they were missing. Honestly Ash, you were incredible and you should hold your head up high. What a journey James had to pass on his first attempt in Stevenage. Yep, STEVENAGE!!!!

After spending about an hour in the area he passed with just 3 minors and was praised by the examiner for a brilliant drive.

James’ brother was also a Numero Uno Starlet who passed in June 2019 on his first attempt. So the pressure was on. However, being a chef in professional kitchens meant he was fully used to it.

New year, new driver on the roads. A mahoosive congratulations to first time passer (and first test of 2026) Ricco who passed yesterday in the snow with just 5 minors.

Ricco’s lessons were always fun and a laugh. His passion for cars carried into every lesson, but was never a ‘boy racer’ (I had to call him a Yiayia on a fair few occasions 🤣).

I wish you many happy and safe miles ahead, and I hope your mum now gets to enjoy the two Numero Uno chauffeurs she has in the family. 🥳🎉

Another first time passer with just 1 minor!!

This is Andie. And trust me, she deserves every bit of that pass. Her knowledge was brilliant, but lacked confidence in her car control. So all I had to do was allow her to explore the capabilities of the car. And in doing so, she blossomed.

Congratulations again on an amazing pass, and I wish you many happy and safe miles ahead. 🥳🎉
