On today’s instalment of 100 ways your motorcycle workshop can save your life… Contaminated brake fluid. This Aprilia Shiver is ridden daily and our eagle eyed MOT inspector failed its MOT on rear brake fluid contamination. Up on the bench this cold tea looking substance dribbled out as soon as the bleed ni**le was opened. Brakes are not a joke people ! Rear brake fluid changes and invaluable.

This is a first for me in 30 years. I thought I had seen the worst of the worst fork oil but then this Ducati Monster came along and changed it all.
The fork oil resembled the worst burnt engine oil you could imagine, the smell can only be described as eye watering (had to wash my hair several times this evening to get rid of the smell) and the amount of time taken to clean the fork components was unbelievable. I hope this is a once in a career job. .leo1 this is for you
