📢 A Message to Our Members

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any delays in responding to messages, tickets, and enquiries.

Over the past few weeks, we have experienced an exceptionally high volume of members seeking help and support. A number of these cases involve urgent matters, including members facing court proceedings and time-sensitive deadlines. These cases are being prioritised and are taking up a significant amount of our resources.

Please be assured that we are working through every case as quickly as possible, and no member will be forgotten. We are prioritising the most urgent matters first to ensure those facing immediate action receive the support they need when they need it most.

🚩 7 Red Flags to Watch for in Holiday Park Contracts 🚩

Many caravan and lodge owners don’t realise there’s a problem until it’s too late, rising pitch fees, unfair resale rules, excessive exit fees, or sudden contract termination.

Watch out for these warning signs:

1️⃣ Park can change terms anytime
2️⃣ No clear contract end date or review
3️⃣ Restrictions on selling your caravan/lodge
4️⃣ Excessive removal or exit fees
5️⃣ One-sided termination rights
6️⃣ Unclear or unreasonable pitch fee increases
7️⃣ Clauses trying to limit your consumer rights

Always read the small print carefully. Under UK consumer law, unfair contract terms may not be enforceable.

This is something our members have been asking for, and we’ve listened.
It’s something we’ve been working hard on behind the scenes and we hope to share more details very soon.

Accessing legal advice privately can often cost thousands of pounds, which is why we believe this could be a huge benefit for holiday home owners across the UK.
