So its been awhile since I last posted & it would appear that I have to get Really Pi**ed off before posting gets to the top of my s**t list!
However; recently I posted a comment on eBay forum, stating how hard it was to get the call back facility to appear, this has to be done by following their HELP/SUPPORT menu system. All that does is keeping sending you off down blind help boxes, trying to get you to either find the answer/solution yourself or give up the will to live. This is the only system to speak to a customer support agent. So I made the mistake of listing a winged! Strangely the first response was from someone, firstly defending eBay & secondly explaining for me to follow the s**t that I had already followed on many, many occasions, so I responded with. Of course I have been using eBay for many years & have followed the instruction, what I was complaining about was eBay, uses an algorithm to hide the call back button, & it only reappears under certain circumstance. I may be a conspiracy theorist, (Seeing as the CIA, MI5, Mosad, & every other Government, religion & cooperate entities have & do continually conspire to keep us peasant's in our place) Ergo, eBay, Facebook & all cooperates total responsibility is to make money for themselves & their share holders & only consider what the customers really want if we bind together & fight for our rights!
So what is the moan, well I told the contributor, if they couldn't offer an answer to my question then please don't lecture me or waste their time contributing to my post eBay forum moderator BAND me for 24 hours because apparently I had broken their forum rules, when I asked for an explanation of what words had actual broken the rules, I was ignored & was just sent a link to the rules.
These are self appointed KNOW it all's.
I got a few messages from people who agreed with me how hard it is to find helpful information or get a call back. Then I got one response from a really helpful person who sent me a hidden link that takes you directly to the call back page, so it does exist, so why does eBay hide it??????
