ur staff follow the code of practice, which they carry with them at all times. By being registered with the BPA we have a direct link to DVLA records in order to access Registered Keepers details. This only done if the parking Notice Charge is not paid. The keeper will then receive a reminder by post. All personal details are kept private and confidential and are NOT passed onto any other parties. We are also registered with Company’s House and our details can viewed on their website. All of our staff carry an ID card at all time when on duty (ticketing only)
All immobilization staff should have a (VI) SIA license shown at all times and another ticketing ID so they perform both jobs at the same time.
